site went last night, it's down, i have triy it to reinstall and fresh install (today i have download again the arhive)on my server and other servers, i got this error

Content visible to License Owner only.

After fres install with no errors when i try to acces index i got this :

Content visible to License Owner only.

and when i try to acces /admin/

Content visible to License Owner only.

any ideea what to do?

First of all make sure that Safe mode is off;

Perhpaps you can change that in your php.ini file
safe_mode = Off

i cant find safe_mode = ON/OFF

You should have a file called php.ini in your root and admin directory, and set it up there.

probably means you have not run install/install.php

Using windows Notepad create a pagewith the following line in it and name it php.ini ;

and upload it to your root directory and admin folder.

Safe mode is broken and you do not have the proper file permissions set on templates_c

the permision for templates_c shuld be ... ? 755 ?
