A couple of question

First question: why in IndexU we have a link with the URL plus the title that is also a hyperlink to the same site?

Will not be more clear don't have the url but only the title with hyperlink?


Second question: it is not better if the title, instead to be a direct hyperlink to the site is an hyperlink to the the "detail" page?

The title being a hyperlink allows for it to have 'anchor text'. Excellent for search engines and keywords
