Cleandex Theme Not Working

I've just done a fresh install of Indexu deluxe, and it works with the default theme. Then I changed to Cleandex and it looks like the style sheet is missing.

Now I just get this:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in header.html line 34]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'block_login' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 580) in /home/embarko/public_html/tasmanian/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

Is it because i'm not using php5?

First question would be, are you using the updated Cleandex theme for Deluxe???

I bought Indexu deluxe yesterday and downloaded the cleandex theme at the same time, so I guess it's the updated one. Or are they avaibale for download somewhere else?

It looks like the stylesheet is missing.

Upload the theme again, all necessary files are in the zip archive, but you haven't uploaded them all.

That's exeactly what I thought, so I checked, double checked, triple checked, but all the files in the ZIP folder cleandex_deluxe have been uploaded and permissions changed. Please Help!
