Changing password generates a fatal error

Someone help. I'm trying to change the default admin password and I'm getting a fatal error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class auth_md5 in /home/content/l/k/2/lk2468/html/lib/auth/auth.md5.php on line 3

Everything else installed smoothly. Any ideas?
