Can't change language

I tried fron options -> setup to set italian language in my directory but always english is displayed. Where i'm wrong?

I have checked the language option and changed to italy language and there's no problem.

Please go to admin panel => Tools menu => PHP Configuration

Check if your gettext enable or not.

Hello,

If your server is linux, please check your hosting locale support environment,
just type locale -a in your shell console to check locale support.

Make sure the italian language is listed.

Example output :

locale -a | grep it
italian
it_CH
it_CH.iso88591
it_CH.utf8
it_IT
it_IT@euro
it_IT.iso88591
it_IT.iso885915@euro
it_IT.utf8
