Can´t add links

I have version 1.3.2 and at http://mydomain.com/add.php after i fill all the fields i receive an confirmation message. I also receive an email of "Pending Resource" but when i go to admin to validate the links there aren´t any links to accept!!

I do not make any changes to add.php ....

P.S. I can add links from the admin area!
