Admin approval features

Hi guys

The indexeU has been a very good web directory software but have you guys forget about phantom members? I think it will be good to further secure our sites with an admin approval feature for people who wants to register as a member in our site.

A registered user is only that, depending on how you have your site set up they may have no more special privelidges than an unregistered user.

I can see an advantage to approving members for a ver very limited number of sites, but it's not a feature a lot of users would want. We'll take a look at it, but it won't be a priority issue.
