Okay. Problem was with Mod-rewrite. Working now.
Will i configure mod-rewrite like this always or will it work correctly after this if i don't do anything?

Nobody knows what is the problem?
Indexu is the best directory script but support is sooooooooooo slow
Will i wait for a response for 3 or more days? Not have a professional support desk in here?
Open a ticket and waiting too.

    ekirbiz...

Over the weekends, the NiceCoder team is off. So all support requests and technical support on the forums wont be answered by NiceCoder during that time.

Next, you fixed your first problem. Yes, you must update the categories and also make sure you have enabled Mod-Rewrite, plus have your .htaccess file writable.

Now you have a different problem... You said mail isn't being sent to confirm when you sign up. One of two things is happening. First, did you check your junk mail? Alot of times you'll find that e-mails like that will end up in the Junk Folder by accident. Second, if it isn't in your Junk Folder, than the problem is more than likely with the server. I say this because we know that the e-mail function in the latest version of Deluxe is working as it should. So if e-mails really aren't going out, than there might be some kind of security setup on the server to prevent php mail.

    I hope this helps
