when integrating Wordpress, if you want to

Does the indexU fit into the Wordpress theme or the other way around?

So when you install Wordpress, you should install into a folder (e.g. /folder)? and IndexU in the root. or the other way around?

What are the effects of each?

I would like to install IndexU in the root folder and have the CMS editing capabilites of WP, Ideally, I would like to make the WP blogs and pages fit the IndexU Theme.

Does anyone have an IndexU installation with WP operating that I could have a look at?
