I'm assuming they are trying to figure out is there is some kinds of expliot they can use, but not sure what it is...

Do you have the latest version installed? Is akismet enabled? If the answers to both of those are yes then you should be fine. But I suspect the question marks are supposed to be russian language characters.

If you go to google and search for wordpress "mega space" comment the first result from a flickr page contains the text "mega space" and russian text.

Translating that russian text you get the following
