Default v5.0.1 -->> Add a listing not working

    Hi,
I registered myself so I could test the "Add a Listing" feature on http://www.pueblolinks.com/links/ .

I login with user:janewest and pass: letsdv8. When I click "login" the next screen shows:

You are now logged in as janewest

When I click "Add a Listing" - it takes me to the original page, but no place to add a listing.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks,
    Karen

You should go to proper category page which you want to list there, and click add a listing

    Done that, been there.

Since I only have one category (because I cannot add a new category see post http://nicecoder.com/community/showthread.php?t=3372) - I am forced to try to add a listing in "Web".

Being logged in as user, not administrator I go to the URL:

    http://www.pueblolinks.com/links/bro...eb_design.html

then click on link to "Add a listing" and I go to this page:

    http://www.pueblolinks.com/links/add.php

Which does not have any listing area on it, just the rules for listing and a link to register, which I have already done.

Thanks for looking into this further!
    Karen

Smile Add a Listing works, Modify a Listing has problem

    Hi All,
Okay I have added a listing, BUT could not add a listing from the text URL at the bottom. I will change that text link to be named Add a Listing Rules (or something like that, as it simply point to the rules page).

My next problem is now that I added myself as a user, I received this email
    Code:
Your submission at Pueblo Links has been approved.

    Resource ID : 0
    Title : Simple by Design
    Url : http://www.simplebydesign.com
Description : Simple by Design offers user-friendly web design for client sites and low cost solutions for
your online promotion and website marketing strategies. Flash, Digital Photography services are also available at competitive rates.

    Email : karen@simplebydesign.com
    Password : 2814

    Regards,
    Pueblo Links Team
When I go to "Update a Listing" (the graphic link at the top of the page) I enter my resource ID, but get the following error:

We do not have your resource ID in our database

This also shows up in black letters at the top of the web page.

    1. How do I get the black letter version off the top of the return screen.

    2. Why won't it recognize my resource ID?

    Code:
Enter your resource ID --> I type in 0 for zero
Enter unique keyword of your resource --> not sure what to enter here
Any ideas on what I need to do in the admin area???

Oh yeah, the URL for my site is http://www.pueblolinks.com/links

    Thanks,
    Karen

Hi Karen, I'm having the same exact issues... it's like it loops back to the add.php page without picking up the catagory... would you mind sharing how you fixed yours?? Support doesn't seem to be understanding my questions

if you are still using v5.0.3, the deveoper will tell you to upgrade to v5.1.0.

and it is probably worth it.
