users can't register with arabic letters !!

hi,
whene the users want to regster with arabic character !!!

i tried to change in :
adodb-mssql.inc.php
and
adodb-sybase.inc.php

i changed ([A-Za-z]{3}) to ([Ç-Ã*A-Za-z]{3}) in both files but Not benefit !
