Url path

My directory is installed on a site that uses a domain pointer.

Currently for "Website URL" in the "Setup" menu I have "http://myip/folder" - everything works fine that way. I wanted to have it so that I could just use "http://www.mysite.com" - but when I do this the categories give 404 errors.

If I use "http://myip/folder"...but manually input the categories like "http://www.mysite.com/category-one/" they will work that way.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get it to work with just the actual url?

I think you need to have the trailing slash, "mysite.com/"

also need to go to admin and run Update category Paths.
