Upgrading to 5.1.0 + User Guide Access

This is my first upgrade. Which files do I have to upload in order to run the upgrade from version 5.0.2 ?
Also.. how can I gain access to the last 3 points of the User Guide ?

First, make sure to backup everything, files and database. It's good idea to copy backup in your pc.

Upload all files and overwrite all old files.
Set permission correctly.
Run install, and select upgrade from 5.0.x

Now you need to change the templates. Please follow the template change list between version, and update as necessary.

What about the access to the user guide? It says "Create an account or log in", but there is no form to create an account, and my board login details aren't accepted.

Please ignore it. We use wiki, but we disable new registration.
