Upgrade to indexu 3.0.3 version

Hi Dody, can you please tell us what has been fixed in version 3.0.3 from the last version of 3.0.2. What is the best way of upgrading without having to redisign the whole site from start and maintaining all customization? Do all files need to be replaced?
