Unable to upgrade listing from basic to sponsored

Hello,

I have Basic listing activated, Premium disactivated(by setting the price to 0) and I have Sponsored activated.

A customer has listed, and paid me the money for a sponsored listing.

In the Admin however, the field behind "Listing type" is empty. Apparently she did not select a listing type while ordering or she did select basic and paid me for sponsored. It is strange it seems to be possible to list without entering a listing type...

Another strange thing is the "expire" date shown is "Wed, 31 Dec 1969"

Does anybody know how I can upgrade this listing in the Admin to sponsored and set the expire date right?
