Template Modifier Problem

I just noticed that only templates in the default folder come up when I want to make a modification.

I tried to modify the files in other folders in themes/ but when I select a different folder, only the files in default show up.

Is there something I need to do to be able to modify files in the other folders?

Has anyone experienced this problem?

I have no problem with template modifier. Just select the themes name, the file names should be the same as default but with different HTML code as you write.
