I have a problem with national characters in TAGS: the are not displayed correctly i.e.

If I want to display: [ i.e. http://linksor.com/tag/rzesz贸w ] rzesz贸w - it shows me rzesz%F3w.

What should I do to make it displayed correctly ? Title & Meta are shown correctly.
