Something Easy

Hello all.
Programming is not my strong point.
So, i think that it is very easy for a lot of members here. If someone want to help me. What i want to do.
I have a custom field (radio type field Yes - No)
I want to make a block (call to index file) which appear all the links with Yes on this custom field.
I have to do an php file at the main root, and a block html file at themes>kosmos>blocks root? or something else????

blocks require two files. One in /blocks/ and one in /themes/themename/blocks/

Putting it in a block is the easiest way, plus it will probably give you the nicest output

In your opinion the block which suit a lot is something like hot_listing or another one?
It's more easy for me to change something, not to programming a new .php file. Thank you again.

It honestly doesn't matter which one you use. Just remember to change the code in the php fie to reflect the change in name
