Hi there,
Please help!

sitemap.php suddenly stops working, permission set for sitemap.php (CHOMD 644) and all others related to 777.

Appears as "page cannot be displayed" in web browser. Although the file is there and was working fine for months and months.

Any suggestions to fix it?

It is probably timing out, or possibly corrupted

Verify that the file exists first of all. Then delete it. Upload a new copy in ASCII mode to the root of your IndexU installation.

Next clear the cache in your browser and then open it in a new browser window.

Let me know what happens.

Also check to make sure that you didn't add sitemap.php to your .htaccess as well. That's not a file that needs to be rewritten.

Yes file exists, i have renamed existing and uploaded new sitemap.php file but still same error message, cleared browser cache, in fact tried it from different computer with different internet con.

I haven't made any change at all to any file including .htaccess, As i said it was working fine but only stops working yesterday.

Any clue?

Resolved via helpdesk, it was a timeout issue.
