site not loading all of a sudden

been running the indexu script for months and all of a sudden nothing loads on homepage.. can get to admin panel no problem. I see a bunch of errors in log such as:

Can someone help suggest what may be wrong?

Why don't you delete your cache files and possibly upload your files again and reinstall, it may fix the problem.

Check with your host to see if any changes were made server side to PHP. I have a feeling this is the root cause of your problem

The site is working fine, where are you seeing these issues?
