how can i make this look better?

and i would like to have a field where someone could enter some text like Other:

and i want to lose the name email and captcha field.

Aligning the table is all it needs, and perhaps putting the checkbox on the left would help too. And as far as I know no one has ever tried to use a text field but I'm sure it's possible.

You don't want to remove captcha unless you really want bots submitting forms.

You're going to have to do html homework for this one. Check bad_link_form.html and adjust it in there.

I'm assuming you are using tables so it won't be that hard to change. Of course you could make it a bit easier and just specify table and td widths and then you wouldn't need to change anything around.

Also remember that every template is different. Some use tables, some don't. And some of them use totally different html than what is used in kosmos.

Directory has stopped accepting submissions for some reason is not aligned. Although I looked at the code, I don't see any issues. It's only happening in Opera.

Otherwise it looks good.

As for the "messages", do you mean the error messages? Those if I remember correctly are in msg.php

Use a program like serapid to find the error messages. It can search in all files and in all directories.
