I had trouble sometime back with link submissions containing characters such as ' " / not working. It was supposedly a problem with the description field -- I think. I upgraded to 3.2 and that seemed to fix the problem. But, a few days ago someone submitted a link with a contact name containing an apostropphe (O'Connell) and it will not work. I've have also seen a problem with hyphenated words.
