Problem with links?

I've just installed my Indexu script again and i've added a test link.... but when i click on the category or the link i get an error?

Error 500 - Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!

Your host either doesn't allow .htaccess, mod_rewrite or does not like something used inside the .htaccess files.

First try removing the lines that say "Options" from .htaccess and then try enabling it again. If you still get a 500 error then your host doesn't allow mod_rewrite. If it works then your host simply doesn't allow the Options line to be used.
