Problem Adding new link

Hi,
My host has upgraded to php 4.4.0 and indexu now is not able to add any new link either through the admin page or the public one. I dont get any error messages but the DB is not updated with the new links added.

Here is the current php configuration

As a quick check your phpinfo file, i found register_globals is ON. It's a correct setting. What is your url? I'd like to make some test.
