Premium/Sponsor Links - User Guide Non-Accessible

How does a user upgrade his or her link. I received that question today and I can not find how the user woudld request this. I checked the update listing area and even when submitting a new link there is no option there.

I tried to look in the user guide but that is password protected and when I try to register it tells me my username (I have tried at least 10 different names) has to be "wikiname formatted" and when I try to click on that word to see what that means, it tells me you need to be registered to see that...vicious circle there..........so that thing is non-accessible.

The user should be registered and then enter to 'my account'. There go to 'my listing'. Here they can upgrade the link.

OK. I see it now. Sometimes things are not that clear.
