I have seen your threats posted on the forum and can only advise you that you have been banned from the forum.

As you were advised in multiple help desk tickets, you will not get a refund 11 months after you purchased your license. It doesn't matter how much you threaten me or Nicecoder with whatever you babbled about. The facts are plain and simple

1) You paid for installation
2) I installed IndexU on the server of your choice and it worked perfectly
3) You proceeded to break that installation
3) You demanded that I reinstall IndexU for you, to which I declined to do as it was working when it was installed. I fulfilled my end of the contract. I informed you that if you wanted reinstallion it could be paid for again
4) You refused to pay for reinstallation nd yet I still provided you with technical support informing you of how to fix the issue.
5) You lack any and all skills required at operating a web site which is what lead to the destruction of your own site
6) You first asked for a refund 10 months after your original purchase, that's not going to happen no matter who you buy from. We offer a 30 day guarantee, not a 365 day guarantee
7) You were invited to sell your license on the forum and I would verify it. Since you had an unlimited license you had purchased for $500 and the unlimited license now sells for $1500 you could have even possibly MADE MONEY.
8) You refused to reply to my emails when you emailed the help desk. Perhaps your mail system filtered them but that is not my responsibility, nor Nicecoders. It is your responsibility to ensure that your mail reaches your inbox through the use of filters and whitelists.
9) You repeatedly emailed the help desk demanding a refund when you were already told none would be forthcoming
10) You repeatedly threatened "legal" action. At the first instance of legal threats we have the right to no longer communicate with you directly and to demand all communications are processed through our attourneys
11) You continued to ask for refunds and now eleven months after purchase you are still denied a refund. Please see point 6 for an explanation.
12) Now you posted public threats on the forum, this has gone too far. You have been banned and provided an address where your counsel can communicate with Nicecoder. Please do not contact myself, Nicecoder, it's owners, employees, affiliates, clients, users, advertisers, associates or anyone remotely associated with any Nicecoder product.
13) Your license is still active. Further communications from you will render your license inactive
