PayPal - does NOT work with indexU (?)

This has been an ongoing problem, im assuming this was jsut an issue i had as nobody has mentioned it before, however looking into it last time i discovered that it still had the sandbox URl and could not work - so maybe this is a universal indexU issue.

I have upgraded to the new version and the sandbox thing is fixed, however it still does not work. I have no doubts it works in testing using the sandbox but i would love to know how many of you have managed to sucessfully automatically have a link upgraded in a live environment? It simply does not work for me. i will be submitting a help ticket, but i want to find out if this is just a problem i have.

1)Everythign works with sending info to paypal.
2)I get the money, and confirmation email.
3)No link is upgraded.

Do you use the main paypal email address or the additional email address under the main paypal email?

If you're not using the mail paypal email address, try it. My experience with phpaudit, the additional email address will not make the ipn work. But if we use the main paypal email address, the ipn will work.

well! that worked

thats an interestign paypal "quirk" that i would really never have though could effect anything. Its perfectly natural that peopel will set up an additional email for their directory, and i bet this problem will effect many people. Perhaps you could include this in the readme, or indexuguide ?

In phpaudit we should add two email address if we want to use the additional email address, they're separated by a pipe

additional_pp@nicecoder.com|main_pp@nicecoder.com

Not sure how it work. But we're still looking for the solution for this problem.
