    what do I mod to change to my e-mail, site name, and etc? It used to be title.php

    Admin Panel -> Option -> Setup

    Title : Templates -> Template Manager -> index.html (that is for main page), browse.html (categories pages)

    Ok thanks for that, now what do I do for the meta tags, and keywords?

    meta tags you would edit index.html and browse.html

    Keywords you edit right in the link when you add them.
