Oh crap! Links dont work!!

Ok, I have no idea what happened.
For some reason, I can browse inside my site, but now none of the link submissions work and I cant get into my admin panel.

Everytime you look at a link, it just shows up blank with the indexu url in the address bar
"http://www.anime-links.com/go.php?id=1042"

www.anime-links.com is my site.

yes, i fixed it with some help.

And yes, my site is slow today. I wonder why.
