From where I Update the Pagerank Statistics

You don't. The script does it automatically when pages the detail pages are visited. This can take some time (a few seconds to a minute perhaps).

Sending pr query to google so many times in a short time period will risk getting your ip / domain banned. So indexu only fetch whenever it's necessary / visited

Make sure your pagerank block looks like this, but use a 0 instead of 5 and see what appears.

Having same issues looked in all the blocks can't seam to find exact phrase.
found "minimum pr=0;" looked in index block, theme block
