msg.php problems

Hi,

There is a huge confusion in msg.php file under the admin_tpl folder and the theme folder.

Indexu is using /themes/msg.php for somethings and then using /admin_tpl/msg.php for other things that is related to end user such as sending link approved messages and link rejections.

Also, in the mail folder under themes/mail there are files for link approve, add_ok.mail, approved.mail, and rejected.mail
Those files are not used, instead Indexu is using the files under admin_tpl/mail folder.

I thought admin_tpl and anything under that is only for backend process and nothing there should go or deal with end user.

I hope you can get this straightend out in the next release.

/admin_tpl/msg.php
this file responsibility for msg/var used by
php files in /admin

/themes/theme_name/msg.php
this file responsibility for msg/var used by
php files in main folder, and /cp
