    Hello,

    I have buy a license for INDEXU 2 months.
    5 weeks ago a new version was announced by INDEXU.

    And now, members and me are asking another time for the new release. You have announce the new release for yesterday.
    I can't find it.

    Okay, when the script is not ready. But i think, we must have a lot of more information about this.
    I work hard too, and when you announce the new release for yesterday, i am beginning with different preparations for my new homepage.

    I am a customer who have pay for the script AND for the support.
    We must have more information about the new release.

    is there anybody from the Support who answer the questions ?


    The information in this forum of the company Sentraweb is not a model for a real good customer-support.
    I think, it was the first and the last time that i buy a product fom this site.
    And when anybody of my customers or my friends ask me about SENTRAWEB, i tell the truth about this support.

    I think it's GREAT that you're responding to people about the NEXT version of IndexU... But what about those of us that purchased the product and it doesn't work???

    2 weeks have now gone by with:

    a) No responses to my HELP inquiries

    b) No responses to my posting in the INSTALLATION page

    Thank goodness I paid by my credit card... I'll be reversing the charges if I don't receive some kind of support from this company by tomorrow...

    I think I've been OVERLY patient, waiting 2 weeks with no help on a product that's not working...
