The only payment gateway enabled on my site is Paypal as that is the only one reasonably well-known in Scandinavia. It would be nice to have a non-digital payment type as well, something like a standard Invoice, manually produced by myself. As I understand it the Invoice-function in the Admin Area has nothing do with enhanced listings (Premium and Sponsored) and should only be used for banners and such.
For me it would be fine if an Invoice could be created automatically when choosing Invoice as payment type. The customer gets an e-mail as if I created the Invoice myself in the Admin Area. Also the landing-page after the customer accepts the Upgrade should be something like "Thank you for your order. An e-mail has been sent to you with information on how to pay the invoice". However, the enhanced listing shouldn´t be activated before I mark the Invoice as paid, so the Upgrade needs to be "on hold" until I as an Admin approves the Upgrade.
Any ideas how to achieve this...?
