Lost Admin Passworld for Indexu V2.0

I do not remember the admin password for indexu version 2.0. Indexu 2.0 has no idx_users so that I can look it up through the phpmyadmin. Check the application.php file , it includes it but in an ecrypted form. Can someone advise me how to reset or retrieve it?

In distribution file, there's do_not_upload folder

1. Upload reset-admin.php to your indexu folder
2. run reset-admin.php with your browser
http://domain.com/reset-admin.php

After resetting the password, don't forget
to delete this file. Otherwise, you will
create a backdoor for hacker to access
your indexu administrator panel

reset-admin.php is not part of indexu v2.0. I believe it comes with indexu 3.1 version. Anyway, I have tried it but it does not work. Any other ideas?

Please submit a helpdesk ticket and provide us the ftp account. We'll write a custom script to fix it.
