Default Local Testing - Block PHP

Anyone know how I can block php with Zone Alarm,

I can test the script when the internet isnt on, but id like to be able to have the net still running to get email,

Is there a way you can block php so that the script will still operate as if the net isnt on?

Any Ideas would be awesome, Im using Zone Alarm, but happy to change if need be.

Dody, I submited a ticket, and Zubby said that I should just do my testing on a computer without the internet connected (which is hard when the computer is always connected to the net for emailing)

Zubby said I should do the testing on the free version.... thats fine, but will there be any problems putting in all the changes i have made since 3.2 into the free version, then merging them into the paid version???

Is there no way a localhost can be added to the account?
