Linebreak between available payment on add form??

I have two available payment systems in my directory and I want a linebreak between them. Where do I put this break? In the form the payment systems is just called by a function and I think I should add something in the payment.lib.php but don't know where. Please help.

According kosmos template, you should add

<label>&nbsp;</label>

after the 1st payment gateway.

Let me know your indexu url, so I can tell you which file need to be changed. It will be one of payment gateway file in /payment.
