I appreciate your help. I'm probably going to request a refund for the software if I can't find an easier way to use it.
Could you be a little more specific about what you need to install the software ie: ftp & database.
I want to buidl a city portal, and I'm sure when I get the software installed it won't be difficult to update, am I correct?
Professioanlly, I'm a salesperson. I don't know a lot about ftp or databases.
Please let me know what & how you are willing to help me with.

I need the detail information about :
- Ftp : ftp host, username, password
- mysql account : host, username, password, database name.
