INDEXU(tm) v.3.0.3 install help needed

the files that were unzipped for INDEXU(tm) v.3.0.3 do not include this "lang" directory. Did I download the right stuff? -->

new installers (including myself) should read the readme.txt file BEFORE trying to follow the installation PDF (as the 3.0.3 PDF isn't available yet).
