Indexu can't find executable files

When I tried to setup application from Admin Control Panel/

Application
>Setup

and click on Change Application Setting, I got the following error.

"Indexu can't find executable files"

Any idea how I go about fixing this issue?. My site is running, it's just that I like to change a few settings.

I am trying to change font size for Categories from the Application Setup.

Have you been able to do it in the past? If this is your first time changing things in admin, you might need to chmod the application file.
