Image ( PR ) not displaying

Errr...excuse me guys but I had the same issue and .. i entered my base href before the </head> tag and ... it still doesnt work.

Any ideas?

I moved your post because it doesn't seem like your using Deluxe, but 5.4.x.

I dont see where your having a problem. I dont see where Google PR is even being displayed, or where its suppose to be displayed at. Can you post a URL to where exactly the picture isn't being displayed

As far as the Deluxe goes... Have you downloaded it??? Did you do an upgrade? I'm asking because the template you are using on the site isn't compatible with Deluxe.

Do me a favor and look in your /themes/<your_theme>/images/pr/ and see if you see the Google images. The file names should look like 1.gif, 2.gif, 3.gif, etc.

After I paid I logged in my account here on nicecoder.com and ... i downloaded. I attached 2 screenshots of my account to see that i actually have IndexU Deluxe Single Domain

And to answer the 2nd question, YES I have those images:
Index of /katalog/themes/cleaner/images/pr

My suggestion would be to upgrade the template first. If my memory serves me correctly, that template your using is for 5.4.x and hasn't been modified for Deluxe. You might notice that things will start working better if your using a template designed for Deluxe.

If after upgrading the template you still have issues, post back here and I'll take another look.

What I would do is send in a ticket to support ( at ) nicecoder.com. Its the weekend for them right now so you might not get an answer for a few days ( they dont work on weekends ).

Its hard for me to speculate why your having the problem when there's been a lot of revisions since Deluxe 1.0.

OK I think I know where is the problem: file googlepr.php exists on the root directory not under /katalog/ so the path (I think) is incorrect:

It is:

<img src="http://www.katalog-polskiego-internetu.pl/katalog/googlepr.php?link_id=760" alt="" />

but it should be

<img src="http://www.katalog-polskiego-internetu.pl/googlepr.php?link_id=760" alt="" />

SECOND:

check the rigths to the directory - should be 755 (chmod)

Linksor is correct. In your base href does it look like this in your header.html file:

<base href="http://katalog-polskiego-internetu.pl">

@linksor: thanks for the input - i dont speak Polish though

I installed indexu in the /katalog/folder inside my public_html folder because I have other domains there and i dont like the mess. The .htaccess is redirecting the folder /katalog/ to the root so, that's why the googlepr.php resides inside the /katalog folder which is in fact the root

The template you linked to is the template i paid/downloaded myself.

<base href="http://www.katalog-polskiego-internetu.pl/katalog">

becouse the / root of the indexu instalation is /public_html/katalog folder

The only thing I can think of at this point is to try the base href without the '/katalog' in it. I'm not sure though what that will do to other mod-rewrite issues.

If that doesn't fix the issue, send a support ticket in.

I remember there is a similar case before. Everything look correct. It seems google doesn't allow you to fetch PR from this IP/domain, in other mean google ban your webhost. Try to install in other webhosting.

I have talked with alex - it seems that PR is blocked by google only for specific domain - the rest of the sites displays PR correctly :|
