Bye Marko
you get this when you already have an image up and you try to add another image over it. You should first remove the image, then re-upload the new image or you will get this error.
another problem is if you don't have the right file extension .gif .jpg setting, you will also get this error.
always remove existing images before you upload a new image.

Thanks for reply, I've tried your suggestion, but I've same error!

did you chmod all the files correctly? maybe you don't have permission on one of your files?
try using 777 and tell me if your successful or not.
My dir. (upload files) is chomod to 777, but don't works..

what file type are you trying to upload? and what file types do you have set in your admin cp?
Also, try to delete the image variable and re-creating it.
Lasly, have you been successful in uploading any images or just having problems with this image?
It's a normal gif... I've a problem with other gif or jpg.
I've delete the image variable and re-creating it, but nothing...

So, that's the problem. Safe mode variable. You can't turn it off by your self, ask your hosting provider to do it.
