Default How to use an apostrophe so it is valid for xhtml?

    Hello,

I am trying to use an apostrophe in the titles and texts on my sites, but I can not get it xhtml valid.

Does anyone know how to write words with an apostrophe like " Sauze D' Oulx " so it is xhtml valid?

I tried " Sauze D'' Oulx " but that does not seem to be right...

    Thanks and regards,

    Wessel

    D'' <- incorrect

    D' <- correct

You were close, but you were doing it twice

    Hi Bruce,

Thank you for your advice. If I use it in my categories, then it shows up as Cortina D' Ampezzo on the site; so the code is visible. Maybe I am thinking wrong and is xhtml not needed in category titles and keywords?

    Thanks,
    Wessel

xhtml is needed across the entire site

Try using the following instead and see if that works

    &# 39; <- without the space

If I put the space in there it parses it as an apostrophe
