how can i add a mark for a website?

hello,my question is that in the page of http://---/browse.php can show many websites listing,
i hope i can give some website a public mark,
for example,the website is with good service,
and we want to give it with a star mark to tell vistor the website is good,
but i hope the operation is managed for admin only,
how can i do this ?
