i have aproblem in indexu 5.3
modewrite url isnt show is an arabic lang

if i open brows on mozilla firefox url is show arabic
but when i open microsof inrenet explrer isnt show an arabic like this
(http://www.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx...%ed%e1%c9.html

so whats i do ?

Version 5.3 is not supported, you can find additional info on the forum by searching for mod_rewrite issues and how to fix them.
