Hi could someone help me with this problem, I've been looking through db and site since yesterday, but there is so much to look through:

When I try to open admin page or any editor page site keeps refreshing itself:

I've looked through all pages looking for this meta tag but could't find it. Has anyone seen something like this and can point me to the right direction.
I'm desperate.

you might be best to reupload the files from your computer, and maybe change the password to your admin etc .....

its hard to tell exactly what pages they are coming from without an example...
