Thumbs up Hack/MODs section: integration vbulletin and indexu

New section "Hack/MODs section", a part of INDEXU Community forum is online. This section is using indexu 3.1 with a few modification. Some features are taking down because it doesn't suite to this section that need simplicity.

The membership is using vBulletin database and handled by vBulletin. You do not need to login to browse the listing, but you need to login to write a review.

It's just the beginning. More complete integration will come later.

    This new section is here:
    http://www.nicecoder.com/mods/

Now I'm working with new section "Site in Action" using the 2nd indexu.

PS: I'll release the hack soon.

I was just going to suggest a link to the hacks "archive" and see that you have added a menu line in the header section at the top of the page.

You are way ahead of me!

I got problem when deploying in sentraweb server.
First I'm not logged in. Go to Hacks/MODs section, then try to write a review. It direct me to login page. Good.

Then I logged in, it's done, it also redirect me again to review page again. But the review page can not be loaded. I think that session is crashed!

Well, both indexu and vbulletin using different custom session handling that store the data to database. Indexu using ADODB session, vbulletin using it's own session handler.

When I logged in (it use vbulletin), vbulletin automatically add session to indexu. Like this:
    Although I run directly http://www.nicecoder.com/mods/review.php?id=21
    it won't loaded

This may cause the problem. I'm not sure yet, because It's not occur in my local pc.

Still working on it. Weird problem .......
    I'll post to vbulletin.org too ..

Ok I see the mods section of the site is down, I am willing to install a vb hack on my site that will allow for me to keep track of hacks and allow people to upload them, so if you wish, I can host it on my site. Up to you guys.
