Getting Rated Tab?

The more I learn about this script the more I like it! Nice Script!!

I do have 1 question though:

I understand all about user ratings but if a site or resource is already listed in the site then why would you select the Get Rated tab? Is there additional fetaures I am missing?

The get rated tab is there so that webmasters can put code on their own site and have users vote on their site.

The reason being is that you can list sites by rating, so if your site has a higher rating then it is shown at the top of the list.
