Getting both Indexu 3.2 and 3.2E to work

Installing of 3.2 went fairly smoothly.

I imported my data and the links and categories display correctly. The number of links appear to be correct.


Bugs list

- in the admin panel, the link to the phpinfo.php is incorrect because Unix/Linux is case sensitive and the author had named the file phpinfo.PHP. Renaming the file will fix this issue and oddly there is correctly named in the root directory.

- the "Hot Listings" and "Top Rated" are not working correctly. Both page lists the top 20 links in each of the root categories but in a number of categories, links from other categories. I assume an error in the SQL query that pulls these values in. Check this link: http://www.yorweb.co.uk/data4/hot.php

Now looking at 3.2E.

First thing is the "read_me_3_2E.txt" file and I read the following line "2. read the TroubleShooting.txt file." Where might I find this file? My version of 3.2 does not seem to come with this text file.

I will say that some my anger yesterday was caused by the original version of "read_me_3_2E.txt" which was about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. This revised version is much better so well done on that.

As shown where? Do I upload all the files in the 3.2E archive that I unpacked?
