German Language Pack

I look for a German lang file.
I found nothing about a lang file for v 3.1

If there are none, I will translate it into german.
And if someone have interest on it, i will give the translation to the community.

along time ago I send Sofia a german language pack, but I never worked with it, because normally every one has his own design and as we know we must do all changes in the templates...

Where is the different ?
In msg.php are a lot of design featured and if not, there are only some words to translate...

Maybe he/she does not feel very comfortable in translating the file into the German language.

Hi,

it's no problem to translate the templates and the msg.php.
But bevor i will do it, i thougt i search for it so that i can use it.
